If you enable Cloud AI features, we send selected meeting data to the AI provider you choose (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Azure OpenAI). Data may include transcript text, prompts, and meeting context you enter in the app.

We use this data only to provide AI features requested by you, such as live suggestions and meeting summaries.

We share data only after your explicit in-app permission. You can withdraw permission at any time in the app settings.

We require third-party providers we use to apply data protection measures that are the same as or stronger than our own standards.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services:

• Mixpanel for product analytics and diagnostics.
• AI providers you select for cloud AI features (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure OpenAI), only after explicit in-app consent.

Local recordings, transcripts, and meeting content are stored on your device. Where cloud AI is enabled by you, selected content is transmitted to your chosen provider to process your request. We retain data only as long as needed for product operation, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
